Where is the program?

You can find program's tray icon near the windows digital clock (right-bottom of the screen)

To show main window:

Variant 1:

Double Click Left Mouse Button over tray icon or Right Mouse Button > Show Panel from popup menu;

Variant 2:

Double Click over desktop icon of Two Notes.
